(River Island dress, Aldo heels)
Channeling a little old Hollywood glam with a long, flowy dress, hair slicked back into a low bun and barely there heels. This abandoned railway was also the perfect setting to complement this week’s Toni & Guy | Hair Meet Wardrobe glamour theme. The first thing that comes to mind when I think of a railway track are those scenes in old films where a lady is left behind by her partner departing for war, complete with fog in the air and the promise of a sad ending. But as depressing as this may seem, there is still something glamorous and classy about the entire scenario, no? And while my outfit may be lacking the classic fur coat and beaded headpiece, there is not much else that screams old Hollywood glam than good ol’ black and white filter.
A tutorial will be up on my next post, where you can learn the trick on how to achieve your own croissant bun hairdo. In the meantime, I would really appreciate it if you can spare me a min or two to vote for my Classic look here. Your vote could earn me an all expense paid trip to London Fashion Week, so please, and thank you!
